1. About Scottish Fight Nights

Scottish Fight Nights provides live streams, pay-per-view access, members content, replays, highlights and combat sports event coverage through scottishfightnights.com.

By using this website, creating an account, purchasing a PPV, or subscribing to a membership, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account login details safe. You must not share your account details with other people.

Scottish Fight Nights may restrict, suspend or remove access if we believe an account is being shared, misused, used for unauthorised access, or used in a way that affects the service for other customers.

3. One Device Limit

Only one device can watch from the same account at one time. If your account is already watching on another device, you may be asked to switch access to your current device.

This limit is used to protect paid content and prevent account sharing.

4. Pay-Per-View Access

PPV purchases give access to the specific event shown at the time of purchase. Access may include live stream access, replay access, or both, depending on the event.

Live event timings may change due to event running orders, delays, internet connection, venue conditions, production issues or circumstances outside our control.

5. Membership

SFN Membership gives access to selected members content, replays and other content made available to members.

Membership is billed monthly. Our current membership policy is a minimum 2-month subscription. To avoid the next month’s charge, cancellation requests should be made at least 7 days before the next renewal date.

6. How To Cancel Membership

To request cancellation of your SFN Membership, email us with the email address connected to your account.

7. Refunds

Refunds are reviewed case by case. Refunds may not be provided where paid digital access has already been used, where the live event has already started, or where a customer has accessed the paid content.

If there is a genuine technical issue caused by Scottish Fight Nights that prevents access, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue.

8. Digital Content

Live streams, replays, PPV access and members content are digital services. Access may begin immediately after purchase or once the event/content becomes available.

You must not record, copy, download, restream, redistribute, share, sell, publish or make our content available without permission from Scottish Fight Nights.

9. Stream Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but live streaming can be affected by venue internet, platform issues, power issues, weather, equipment failure or third-party service problems.

We may provide alternative access, replay access, partial refunds or other remedies where appropriate.

10. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be available on this page.
