Need help with PPV access, sign in, membership, replays or live stream issues? Use the guide below before contacting support.

Payment Successful But No Access

If you have paid for a PPV and the watch page still does not unlock, wait around 30 seconds and refresh the page. Access is connected to the account email used when purchasing.

Make sure you are signed into the same account that made the purchase.

Sign In Problems

Check that your email and password are entered correctly. If you forgot your password, use the forgot password option on the sign in screen.

Reset Password

One Device Limit

Only one device can watch from the same account at one time. If your account is already watching on another device, the watch page will show an account already watching message.

Use the Switch To This Device button to move playback to your current device.

Live Stream Not Loading

  • Refresh the watch page.
  • Check your internet connection.
  • Make sure you are signed into the correct account.
  • Try another browser if the player does not load.
  • Close any VPN if it causes playback issues.

Event Delayed / Intermission

Live event timings can change due to the running order, venue delays, internet connection or production requirements. Keep the watch page open and it will update automatically when the stream changes status.

Replay Access

Replays are usually added after the live event has ended. If the replay is not showing straight away, check back later.

Membership Cancellation

Membership has a minimum 2-month term. To avoid the next charge, cancellation requests should be made at least 7 days before the next renewal date.
